TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Vaccinations
An up-to-date vaccination card must be provided at least 14 days prior to your cat's visit to Jack Rabbit Lodge. This card will be photocopied and kept on the guest's record for future reference.
Required Vaccinations:

Feline Panleukopenia
-
Feline Parvovirus (infectious)
-
Feline respiratory viruses: Herpesvirus and Calicivirus
Note: Cats that are not vaccinated as per these requirements will be refused entry. Homeopathic vaccinations are not accepted.
2. Fleas and Worming
For your own cats well being please worm and treat for fleas within one week prior to boarding. If any evidence of fleas, lice, ticks, or worms is found during their stay, we will contact the guest's vets to arrange treatment, and the cost will be invoiced to the owner.
3. Cleaning

All suites will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each guest's departure using pet-safe cleaning products. Beds and food/water bowls will be washed and changed as needed.

Litter trays will be emptied, cleaned daily, and changed sooner if heavily soiled.

Each suite has its individual cleaning kit to prevent cross-contamination.
4. Feeding

Fresh water will be provided daily or more frequently if required, and placed away from litter trays and food bowls.

Cats will be fed according to the owner's instructions. Please bring your usual food to stop any tummy upsets and stress. Feeding will be monitored and recorded on a daily basis.
5. Transporting

Cats will be transported in their own carriers provided by their owners. These carriers will be stored on the premises for use during emergencies and for transportation home.

An emergency vehicle is available for veterinary visits as needed.
6. Guest Welfare

Each suite is separated by solid walls to prevent cross-contamination.

We have permission to take any guests staying with us to Wicstun Veterinary Group for any sudden illness, infectious disease (requires isolation) and the death of a guest

Daily health checks will be conducted and recorded for each guest on a daily basis.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes, if you need to cancel or change your booking please provide more than 7 days notice via a telephone call, if failing to do so then full payment will be charged. If you are changing a booking we cannot always guarantee availability. In the event of a guest leaving before their departure there will be no refund.
8. Prices and Payment
Please call us to make your booking, once we have your dates in the diary you will be asked to pay a deposit via our website jackrabbitlodge.com, full payment is required 7 days before you arrive.

Rates: £15.00 per day for one cat, £17.50 per day for two cats (from the same household).

A deposit of £25.00 is required when booking and must be paid via our payment system.

Jack Rabbit Lodge operates from Monday to Friday
Opening hours for drop-offs and pickups from 8:00-9:00 am and 6:00-7:00 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, while the lodge is closed for pickups/drop offs, cats are still welcome to board. Please note that a surcharge of £10 will apply for services provided on public holidays.
